Dynamic and results-driven Metallurgical Engineer with over 8 years of experience
in the mining and manufacturing industries, with a strong focus on mineral
processing, project management, and the production of both ferrous and nonferrous metals. Emmanuel did a bachelor in Metallurgical Engineering at
Copperbelt University. He has the demonstrated ability to lead complex projects,
optimize metallurgical processes, and improve plant performance in demanding
industrial environments. Experienced in managing end-to-end operations, quality
control, and cross-functional team leadership. Co-founder of Imperium Ventures, a
leverager of innovation to create value in the mineral trade and industrial services
sector. Recognized for combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to
drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. Passionate about
contributing to Africa’s industrial development through innovation, efficiency, and
ethical business practices.
Denise Jones
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Solutions-oriented analyst with over 4 years of experience with a strong
background in data-driven decision-making, strategic sales forecasting, business
performance analysis, process optimization and operational efficiency. Denise
has worked extensively across the Middle East & Africa region in enterprisescale environments and is experienced in both operational and service delivery.
Denise did a Bachelor in Mathematical Sciences majoring in Mathematics and
Statistics from Sefako Makgatho University, she also did an MDP (Management
Development Programme) from Stellebosch Business School as well as a
Certificate in Business Analysis from Gijima ICT. Co-Founder of Imperium
Ventures, she combines analytical rigor with business intuition to identify viable
opportunities and drive strategic partnerships centered in service delivery,
digital transformation. Strong belief in African potential, Imperium Ventures
serves as a platform for collaboration — linking capital, knowledge, and
resources to build businesses that matter.
Tapson Musenge
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Is a Former Military Officer with over 15 years of diverse professional experience,
he brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and business
acumen. His 11-year military career focused heavily on conflict resolution,
negotiation, and technical operations in communication and electronics
engineering, particularly in radar and airfield systems. Tapson did a Bachelor in
Telecommunication and Electronics honoring in Electrics and Electronics from
Copperbelt University, he also did a Post-graduate certificate in Satellite
Navigation Systems acquired in Wuhan Research Institute of Post and
Telecommunication. He also did Navigation Equipment Maintenance acquired from
Airforce Engineering University. Beyond his military service, Tapson has led highimpact private sector initiatives, including national-level contract negotiations in
road infrastructure, high-value commodity trading, and complex business conflict
resolution. His multidisciplinary background positions him as a results-driven
leader with a proven track record in both operational and strategic environments.
